Parent Coaching

6-8 weeks of parent coaching providing concrete skills and goals to help navigate challenging behaviors in children ages 10 or younger.

1:1 yoga designed with your body, needs, and goals in mind. This service is offered virtually and is intended to help improve your mind and body connection.
