How do I know if therapy is right for me/my child?

Navigating mental health is something everyone experiences throughout their life. It’s normal to feel anxious, scared, angry, sad. And it’s normal to feel stressed and overwhelmed at times. When these moments begin to impact our functioning - maybe we find it harder to do the things we used to enjoy, or we begin to struggle at school or work, it’s a great opportunity to seek the support of a professional to help “right the ship” and take some of that burden off of you .

What ages do you work with?

  • Adolescents 12+

  • College students

  • Young adults (18-30)

Does telehealth work?

For many people, yes! Being able to do therapy from anywhere makes therapy more accessible. No need to plan around a commute or try to find a few hours of time to get the help you seek. We also often feel the most comfortable in our own homes or space - making it faster and easier to build connections.

Do you accept insurance?

  • Yes! Aetna, Horizon BCBS, and UHC/Optum.

  • For all other insurances, I provide a superbill for potential out of network coverage.

What if I only want to do yoga?
